Under 2022 arbetar jag som projektledare i BoKlok’s digitaliseringsteam. Min fokus låg på att utföra en förstudie samt implementation utav CRM för BoKlok Norge. Vidare gjorde  jag även en mindre förstudie för hur vi skulle kunna göra detsamma för BoKlok Finland där fokus ligger främst på integration till det finansiella systemet.

Detta uppdrag var en fortsättning baserat på mitt tidigare uppdrag på BoKlok. Du kan läsa mer om detta här. Då BoKlok har valt Microsoft Dynamics som sin CRM plattform så handlade inte förstudie om vilken plattform som ska väljas. Utmaningen var snarare att de olika affärsenheterna tidigare har använt (och även till viss del fortsättningsvis använder) olika system exempelvis för just CRM. Nu vill BoKlok får ett mer enhetligt användande vad det gäller system och arbetsprocesser. 

Exempelvis låg huvudfokus för BoKlok Sverige på Sales appen (men även Service och Marketing) i Microsoft Dynamics. För BoKlok Norge så var det snarare Service appen och hur kundtjänst/eftermarknad kan stötta kunderna.T.ex. ville vi utveckla möjligheten för kunder att rapportera felanmälningar via webben som en kundportal. Andra integrationer som implementerades inom projektet var: BoKlok webben, Outlook, Sharepoint, och Scrive. En annan fokus i förstudien är hur vi på bästa sätt ska lägga till ytterligare en affärsenhet till befintlig lösning. Till exempel i behörigheter, access till data och säkerhetsroller.

I min roll som projektledare arbetade jag nära den norska verksamheten för service, sälj och kommunikation, BoKloks ledning, Skanskas IT-avdelning, utvald Microsoft Dynamics implementationspartner samt externa leverantörer gällande integrationer.

IN ENGLISH:

In 2022, I led both the pre-study and implementation phases of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for BoKlok Norway. My primary focus was on extending the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution -already in use by BoKlok Sweden – to include the Norwegian business unit.

The assignment included:

  • Conducting a feasibility study and implementation of CRM for BoKlok Norway.
  • Preparing a smaller pre-study for BoKlok Finland, focusing primarily on integration with their financial system.
  • Evaluating how to align and integrate additional business units into the existing Dynamics 365 environment, with a focus on access rights, data sharing, and security roles.

This engagement was a continuation of Tina’s earlier work with BoKlok Sweden. Since BoKlok had already selected Microsoft Dynamics as their CRM platform, the pre-study was not about platform selection. Instead, the main challenge was harmonizing usage and processes across markets, as the different business units had previously used various CRM systems.

Implementation highlights:

  • For BoKlok Sweden, the focus had been on the Sales app (and to some extent Service and Marketing).
  • For BoKlok Norway, the focus shifted to the Service app, with an emphasis on customer support and post-sales service.
  • Developed a customer portal that enabled Norwegian customers to submit service requests and issue reports online.

In her role as Project Manager, Tina collaborated closely with the Norwegian Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams, BoKlok leadership, Skanska’s IT department, a Microsoft Dynamics implementation partner (primarily based in India), and external vendors responsible for integrations.

It has been a great pleasure working close with Tina during the implementation of CRM system at Skanska. Tina has been excellent as project manager for the whole team, always professional, enthusiastic and solving all kinds of problems along the way. She is a great team-player with brilliant communication skills. She can navigate between complex technical details as well as high level stakeholder management issues, always with the mindset ’bringing the project forward’. I can strongly recommend Tina as a Project Manager.

You simply can’t find a better project leader. I have already had the pleasure to work with Tina two times during my time in BoKlok. First, launching a new web for four different countries earlier last autumn, and now implementation of CRM MD365 for BoKlok Norway. Wow! Working so close with you have taught me a lot. All these documents and loose ends, you got everything covered. A funny thing, before this last project began; I said to my Country Manager – I am happy to work with the crm-project, but only if Tina can be the project leader. That’s how good you are!
